SAA CARGO PLACED A TOTAL EMBARGO ON TRANSPORTATION OF HUNTING TROPHIES
South African Cargo has taken a decision to place a total embargo on the transportation of hunting trophies (Rhino, Elephant, Lion and Tiger) on its services worldwide. This embargo is with immediate effect.
Please also know that no exceptions will be made even if the shipper has a valid permit issued by the relevant authorities.
PHASA is attending to this as a matter of urgency and will keep members informed.

LionHunterI for one am glad to hear that SAA is finally doing something about the transportation of tiger trophies! Damn overdue!
Only an African could have written that ridiculous statement.

MikeBurkeMike,
There are/were some tiger hunts being sold in South Africa. Maybe this was known when the statement was written.
But then again maybe they just forgot to add bears, oh my.
