It is my creation.
It is a joke.

It is the Taylor KO value multiplied by the sectional density and indexed to a value of 100 = a .375 caliber bullet of 300 grains at 2450 fps. 100% reliable it is. I could go over this higher math in detail if anyone is interested. The groundwork for this important lethality index was laid in late 2000, and brought to fruition in early 2001.
