That's a remarkable thing to see. I wouldn't have thought it possible, especially with a specimen of such size but crocodylus acutus, the American crocodile is known to be less aggressive than other crocodiles. Still, this is some interesting video. Thanks! thumb

The other night I was watching a close calls type of show. It showed a hippo interceding when a crock grabed a baby impalia. It got the baby away from the crock,carried it to shore and took its head in its mouth trying to bring it back. You would not think such a beast could be so gentle. Animals will always surprise you,for good and for bad.

That didn't look like an alligator to me? I've never heard of an alligator that got that big and it looks like a croc.
