Oday450Recommended is start two days prior to possible exposure, daily during exposure period (at same time each day with after food or milk), and continued for 7 days after last possible exposure.

SaeedAccording to the instructions I have, it is 2 days before, during the whole trip, and 7 days after.

RIPYes,
Once daily for 2 days before arrival, once daily while there, and once daily for 7 days after leaving the malaria exposure area.
Maybe if Walter took Malarone instead of Larium on these trips, he might behave more normally?

Reminder: The criss-cross style of knife and fork use is proper etiquette for U.S.A. military officers, and all proud Americans.
"Square Meals" (at "sitting attention" posture) at West Point dining tables includes this technique for plebes being hazed by upperclass cadets for their first year.
It is also specified as proper etiquette in the United States Naval Institute's book of
SERVICE ETIQUETTE.Inadvertent reversion to this etiquette in Nazi banguets by infiltrating American spies is said to have been the downfall of some "Inglorious Basterd" heroes during WWII.
We are also allowed to use European-style "Queen's Etiquette" of right-handed knife and left-handed fork if we choose.
Heck, we can switch back and forth at will, and extend our pinky fingers or flex them whenever we want.
Just another aspect of true freedom, liberty,
anti-fascism, non-totalitarianism, human rights.
