GunsCoreSavannah Safaris in Namibia recently offered a female elephant hunt in their tribal conservancy for one of their desert elephants. I can't remember if it is brain1 or brian1 that books for them.

pagosawingnutMozambique will offer PAC problem animal control hunts for ele's. They try to take a tuskless but sometimes have to settle for an old cow that has very small ivory. Reasonably priced but you can't export ANYTHING off of an ele from Moz to the US

I'd check the legality of that first.

jdollarthis has come up several times in the past. according to Moz PH's, ONLY they are legally allowed to shoot a PAC animal, although you may accompany them on the hunt. PAC hunts can't legally be sold to visiting hunters in advance. quota add ons for problem animals(not a true PAC hunt) can be sold IIRC.
