We have stayed at the Hilton and Omni. Has anyone used any of the hotels that are a block or so farther away? Drury,Hampton etc. looking to save a ‘little’ money. I’d like to have grandchildren attend. Thanks in advance

For business trips, I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn or the Holiday Inn downtown. Both are half the price or less and walking the extra block or two isn't a problem.

No issues with either. Clean, comfortable, and I'm just sleeping there. The fun stuff is elsewhere.
