SCI get together??

I know this has been brought up before, but since we are closing in on the Convention thought I would ask. Can a time and place for an informal meet be circulated here for those attending SCI? I know in the past it's been the Giraffe Bar.

I'll be there all four days, so anytime anyplace will work for me. Somebody start this off and we can go from there.

In Friday am and out Sunday am. Friday night would be great. If not then Saturday if anyone is around I'll be willing to get together for an "unoffical get together".

Sounds like Friday works for most people. In the past does anyone know what the attendance at the Giraffe Bar has been on Friday? If this is a good spot and time (say 3:30P) is fine with me. If this hasn't proved productive in attendance, does anyone else have an idea?

BAB - In the past it has been on the far side of the Convention floor near aisle 300/400 I believe? Maybe someone can confirm or correct me on this?

Use Enough Gun

Sorry that I can't join everyone. Friday from noon until 4:30 pm is a Continuing Legal Education class on Wildlife Law that is put on by SCI and their legal counsel. I attend it every year for the CLE credits. Last year we had a private luncheon with Justice Scalia. This year, well nothing special, although we thought maybe Bush would join us for BBQ. Anyway, have fun and maybe I'll see some of you. I'm there from Weds evening through Sunday morning.

last year, basically nobody showed up. don't know why but i will be there about 3:30 PM Fri.and hope for the best. I will be there from Sun to Sun, staying at the Silver Legacy. Jerry Dollar

As far as id as I am posting this there are 338 members and guests signed on so we could assume everyone there is an AR member and then cull out those few that are not!

Seems easier than mastering a secret handshake!
