DennisHPTrip Insurance - The Only Way to Fly.
After returning from Tanzania last September I booked a trip for 2 to New Zealand for Red Stag for late April this year and placed a sizeable non-refundable deposit down to secure our hunt. I also purchased trip insurance and used Travel Guard to insure my trip as I've done previously on several hunts. Disapointingly enough, as it turned out I indeed had to cancel this trip due to a serious health issue. Exactly 15 days after mailing Travel Guard the claim form for the deposit, Travel Guard had a check for the entire deposit in my mailbox.
As far out on the calendar as some of us have to book a hunt, I highly recommend purchasing travel/trip insurance as you never know what will happen with your health next year or even next week.
