Ladies and Gentlemen,

As most of you know, we are heading to Tanzania this morning on our annual hunt.

Walter was here last night, and he kept repeating that this is going to be his 13th safari, starting on the 13th of the month.

I am not sure whether that will bring us any bad luck - one hopes not, as bad luck seems to follow Walter wherever he goes!

I will keep you posted on what is going on from the hunting camp.

Have a great trip and the best of luck. Maybe Walter will bring good luck.

Walter needs to visit or become the witch doctor again for a lucky charm/juju/muti to counteract the number thing!

Good luck, and tell Walter to break a leg, but he is not to try to shoot off any of his legs or fingers anymore.

Saeed, I believe you will be OK, but Walter is doomed. Every since he wanted to WMD me, I quit mentioning him in my prayers. Do not let the trackers or camp staff know of the circumstances or they may abandon camp. Good luck and have a great safari!

Walter just called, and he is stuck at home because he has lost his car key!!

That is not bad by itself, as he is being drive to the airport. BUT, he has his air ticket locked in the glove compartment!!

I asked him "Why did you leave your ticket in the glove compartment?"

"So I don't forget it"
"Well, at least you remember where it is. See in the airport, or see you when we get back next month!"

How much worse can it get?

What little I know of Walter I'd have to say that 13, 13 will be good luck for this poor twisted soul.

It can only get better...Right?

My prediction is that he will shoot straight and all of his shots will be perfect. His trophies will be large and the weather will be perfect.

I also predict that Walter will become king of the apes. And father many fine sons.


GOOD LUCK WALTER!!

Walter has added a broken door lock to his large collection of broken bits and pieces.

He had to break into his car. Got to the airport, and found his car keys in his carry bag that he is taking to Tanzania!!?

He only discovered this fact as he was looking for his watch. Walter does not wear a watch like any of us, he just makes sure he has it around - somewhere!

We are in Emirates First Class lounge in Dubai airport. Walter has gone down to the Duty Free to buy a raffle ticket for a car.

A few years ago he won a BMW 850, and he think he can repeat that feat again.

Next report we hope will be this evening from the hunting camp.

Uhh, Saeed? Maybe RIP's salute to Walter, "break a Leg," wouldn't be such a bad idea. He might consider it bad luck, but the rest of the people on safari may have the opposite opinion.
