Some maybe most PHs are hunters, and damn poor businessmen, seems the two professions don't meld together, not always a bad deal..He says your hunt is booked and will probably contact you sometime before your hunt, not asking if you agree just saying I delt with that for many years...If your going to hunt Africa, put it in neutral and pray a lot..Its never a greased wheel..brace yourself if you deal with the indigenous govt. personnel..Take a lot malox..

When doing business in this particular field which foresees abnormal plans having to be made by the client to organize his trip and taking money from him as confirmation of the commitment, the deal should be treated with reverence as the client is his breadbasket.

To try and exonerate him from his responsibilities by saying he is out in the field is inexcusable in that he should employ someone to take care of that department; if he is so taken up with clients one must assume that business is good so funding a manager shouldn't be an issue. coffee

The glaring anomaly is that the OP has yet to provide further feedback, the name of the PH/outfitter or any other relevant information. It does seem that the same inability to communicate that the PH suffered has infected the client! Maybe its a pandemic! pass the masks ASAP!!!
