you do - you make them. just find yourself 3 good looking sticks, dowels, eetc, whatever strikes your fancy and tie them together with some old inner tube, rubber binders, o rings etc.

Amen. Just look up the many prior posts on AR regarding this (with pictures and instructions on how to build them)

Yes, I take it you are not talking about a tripod, but a walking stick from which you can also shoot (i.e. a "Mono-pod")??

If yes, I personally don't much care for the monopods offered commercially. They are typically made to extend to allow for easier travel. Sadly, that often makes them too flimsy for true support as a walking stick (e.g. for sidehilling).

I normally cut my walking/shooting sticks ("Pirschstock" in German), from hazelnut. A stick of about 1" diameter and just a tad higher than you does the trick. Hazelnut often grows pretty straight shoots. One of those dried 4-6 months, then lightly sanded and with a bit of oil applied makes for a great walking stick. Very strong and very light.

The only drawback with these is that they don't take down for travel. I normally just send one with my luggage, if it goes lost, no big deal. If you are desperate to make it take down, the Germanic hunters sometimes kit their sticks with a screw connection in the middle. That renders it slightly less strong than the original, but more suitable for travel.

Die Ou Jagter
I picked up a beautiful walking stick made from birch and the top of the stick is a fork from an antler. I believe these could be found on the net. They are the sticks the stalkers of Scotland use and oh yea I picked it up in a small hardware store in either Tain or Dornoch, Scotland.
