AtkinsonA dedicated Bull
On the last couple of days of our Tanzania hunt I shot a great bull, as did PH Pierre Van Tonder and with that we laid our good friend George Hoffman to rest. He was sorely missed by all of us. He and Mary always brought something special to all of us who knew him.
I like to think he was there and set the stage for that event. I also suspect he is in a green country with 60" bulls and 100 lb. elephants in the long grass and he knows in a short time we will all be there to share that great hunting with him. I happen to believe that.

Mary HoffmanThanks Ray and Pierre this was a very special tribute and I appreciate your kindness. It was a big help to provide some closure for me on a very traumatic time.

vapodogAtkinson, I too had such a friend. His memories lie in a fine lake in Canada. He wasn't a hunter, but a magnificient fisherman. I doubt the feelings are different.
