I thought they stopped hunting in the delta?
I even saw a show that Jeff Rand had on TV and he said they have decided to stop hunting in the delta

jeff h,

The Delta is not closed yet. We are going to this very unit, NG32, at the end of August.

I believe at the end of the 2012 season is when the Delta becomes "photo only".
