Aspen Hill AdventuresI am going to guess it's really not something one should put their hands on.

On the other "hand", it could be a skinned out ele trunk. A guess, none-the-less!

almostacowboyThat's "something"! I knew a girl back in Chicago who always "gaged" her boyfriends similar to the method shown in the photo. She explained, "I put one hand on it then the other hand. If there's anything still showing, THAT'S SOMETHING!"

True story!

Matt NormanI guess it to be a dead animal

SBT guessed it. It's a giraffe. The skin on the shoulder was 2.25" thick on average. My taxidermist just got done with the flat skin, and he told me it took two skinners over two weeks just to beam it to a good thickness for a rug.
