Where can I get info on CS Game Ranger bullets?

I recently ran across a few boxes marked CS Game Ranger. They are made in South Africa. Other than that I know nothing of them.

The ones I found are 300gr .375.

Too bad they are not the 400gr variety, that would be cool.
