Can someone briefly bring me up to speed. Are all Elephant/Lion imports banned to the U.S. or just from certain countries. I've heard so many different things and not paid enough attention to know exactly what is currently going on.

You can import ivory from South Africa and Namibia at this moment, some lion from South Africa and I think Zimbabwe also got the green light lately on Lion.
