Boddington on Leopard
I have the Boddington on Buffalo DVD and it's pretty good. Is the leopard DVD worth buying as well? Did you like it?

It is better than his buff movie.

I also agree that the leopard dvd is better than the buffalo dvd.

Preferred the buff movie, but the leopard video is still good. It drags a bit as it is not as fast paced as the buff video.
I found more advertising in the leopard video vs. the buff.

Still, worth the price.

I'm with Dogcat - the leopard DVD does drag on a bit. It is quite educational in terms of explaining proper baiting methods and sign interpretation (e.g. when is a male vs a female cat on the bait). Other than, it is not as fast paced as the buffalo video, and the number of product endorsements seems to have risen quite a bit.

Yes it is worth it. So is his latest hard bound book entitled "Leopard" with Tim Danklef and Dave Fulson.

Yes, it is worth buying. I liked it. Craig uses a Dakota M10 in .30-06 which I thought was interesting.

i thought he did a good job on it. while i do'nt care for commercials, after 54 days in pursuit of old spots, nothing in the flick can be boring thats just the way it is sometimes

I own both DVD's, and I enjoyed both. Excellent footage and very informative. Boddington is a chatty fellow, I thought the Leopard DVD could have been trimmed by almost 30 min and not have lost any quality.

I'm a litte behind the 8 ball but I just finished viewing Craig's videos on Buffalo, leopard and the Safari Experience. I found all 3 to be excellent and I'd recommend them to anybody. I think some of the comments about them being a little slow comes from these videos being instructional more than entertainment and shoot 'em up.

I also have no problem with any of the products he is plugging as they work in my limited experience. These may not be everybody's favorite but they are not junk either.

I've never even met Craig but if someone asked what would you recommend for books and videos that could help in getting prepared for a safari I'd tell them to try and digest everything Craig has put out on safari. All the old stuff makes some great reading but it is basically irrelevant in planning a modern safari.

I find Craig's books and DVD's very informative and useful, plus he's a great guy in person, having met him on numerous occasions, both in Africa and here in the U.S.

I've watched both videos and own the leopard dvd which I think is a little more interesting. He is also coming out with a 2nd buff video. I like his style for the most part. His experience in many things is difficult to duplicate.
