Oh! Boy!

What is worse? A South African PH. Or a bossy(Take it! take it! take it!) wife on safari?

I know that we have all seen this but WOW! Eeker

Shoot the wife or the PH?

I really hate to admit it but I was rooting for the lion.

Hunting in Africa is an adventure. The number of variables involved preclude the possibility of a perfect hunt. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt.

Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry
Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby. But Ruark rolled with the punches, poured some gin, and enjoyed the adventure.

Yes, the "PH" was very fickle in his instructions to the client "hunter." Roll Eyes

I particularly liked the part where the client's rifle flew through the air and smacked the ground with an on-scope landing as the wounded lion brushed by.

Next scene, client get's in one last shot into the distant dead lion who ran off to die. Hopefully the scope bonk got the rifle closer to sighted in, could not have made it shoot worse. Roll Eyes

Man, the high fenced pen really stands out in this footage. And I can't believe I watched it again. Frowner

Surely with all the times this worn our piece of crap resurfaces, that someone could find the names of all the people in this video and post their names, photos and contact numbers here so they could receive our congratulations for being morons, and a disgrace to hunters everywhere.
