joesterHunting the Zambezi Delta in early June?
I'm trying to use freq. flier miles on British Air, at this late date only early June is available...will the grasses be too high then? I plan to book for buffalo but would love an XXL warthog and/or bushpig...

Yes, but you should still get onto Buffalo but don't count on seeing heaps of game.

Wendell ReichWho are you booking with? What did they say?

infinitoJune still very wet and the grass still high. We only start burning the Delta at the end of July beginning of August. Known as Safari de Fogo i the local lingo!
Heed Wendell's advice, speak to the folks you want to go with.
