rnoviWill on the board here does very nice work. I've purchased a wallet and a sling (in process) from him and they are just lovely.
I'm not sure he does bigger work as you suggest but you can PM him.
I also hint Murray Leather does custom work with your hides but I'm not 100% on that. You could email them on the web.

Fallow BuckGerry,
We can do some things for you at Hoxleigh. Not the smaller stuff but speed bags, belts, gunslips and day packs etc.
I am just waiting for the next batch of zebra skin.
I should add that the way that the leather is tanned and finished has a big impact on its uses, and the amount of work that needs to go into the item. If you have a chance decide what sort of stuff you want and get your leather tanned and finished to appropriate thicknesses.

They have done a couple of briefcases for me - not cheap, but really great workmanship.

lavacaI talked to Dick Murray at DSC and if you have your own elephant leather -- and it is acceptable to him -- you will get a great price on his usually-offered stuff, using your leather.
