There are still conflicting stories about this form which is required for SA import / export permits @ Johannesburg International.

WE hear that the official form @ the airport is actually [ 8 pages ] and the form which has been advertised as downloadible by some on these forums is 10 pages ..

Pray tell has anyone found an official site on the web that has the 8 page form exactly as they have at Jo-burg international ?

I had a good look and it seems to be the exact same form in content, just that it is more compact in layout hence the 8 pages.



Basically on the old form some information instead of being all on say a single page, it overlaps to the next page and this compounds to end up with 10 pages.

I just came back last Sunday. They took my 10 page 520 no problem but my buddy who had the exact same form off my printer they didnt want his for some reason. He had to refill the 520 (theirs).
