1115JudgeG is on his way.... I hope
I dropped JudgeG off at the airport in Jacksonville, Fla this morning. He was to fly to Dulles, then to Johanessburg and on to Harare for a PAC elephant hunt. I got a call from him after he got to Dulles. It was snowing there and he was still on the plane an hour and a half after they landed, and hadn't even gotten to the gate yet. He may miss his connection to Jo'berg, and there is not one out tomorrow. I hope he gets this dillema worked out.

1115Jorge,
JudgeG is still waiting on his new Searcy. The rifle is still not finished. He took the 404 Jeffery built on the model 70 action that he had at my house the last time you were here.

JudgeGI'm at the Premier Club in the International Concourse at Johannesburg awaiting my flight to Harare. I don't think my bags made it though? I can't get them to try to trace them, so I guess I'll see what happens tomorrow. I have a spare day in Harare anyway...
The flight to Jo'burg was "empty". I had a full row to stretch out and sleep as did about everyone. It surely is nice not to have to stop enroute at Dakar or Sol Island!
Kathi was a champ when I was running amuck at Dulles! She had an alternate plan ready to go if I missed the plane.... she's a champ!
Now.... about my bags! I'm glad I have a rifle floating around somewhere that only costs a couple of grand instead of the new Searcy. I'd be peeing bricks worried about that!
Keep the faith folks... and I'll tell you an elephant tale, perhaps!
JudgeG ... just counting time 'til I am again finding balm in Gilead chilled out somewhere in the Selous.
