Bob in TXBull Elephant-Immediate Hunt Opportunity! Namibia
I just received this from Antonie Louw at Makalann Safaris. If you can move quickly, you can take advantage of it:
"Dear Bob
An outfitter contacted me about a problem elephant in Bushmanland, close by. It is a problem bull elephant, that have to be shot within 8 days as from tomorrow. His tusks is estimated at 30 - 40 lbs because they're broken. I can not confirm the size of the tusks.
Since is a very urgent matter and there is no time to waste before government will kill him this is sold on a first come first serve basis. The guy that can confirm his airline tickets have the deal.
The cost will be $10 000 all inclusive except transfer from Whk to here or closeby, either by road or air.
I think it's a bargain for an elephant hunt, I don't add anything to the price. If you, Lori or someone you know are interested, please let me know as soon as possible so we can go ahead.
All the best Antonie"
You may reach Antonie at: 011 264 67 23 2652
Good Hunting,
Bob

Andrew McLarenBob,
I think you've gotten Antonie's telephone number wrong? Maybe you want it as + 27 264 723 2652? Whatever there seems tro be a problem with the number you have posted. The prefix code "011" is used in South Afrtica for calls to the Johannesburg area. The International dialcode for Namibia is ?? followed by a - 264.
Please check, I know I'm confused, and I think maybe you are also?

It is also used to dial out internationally from the US. +264 is a Namibian exchange. The 011 gets a US dialer out internationally (hopefully).
