jetdrvrSwift bullets being loaded by PMP...
Had a conversation yesterday with Bill Hober at Swift. He told me that PMP in RSA is loading several calibers with the A Frame. Didn't say which ones, but that's good news for anyone who may lose their ammo enroute to South Africa. They'll likely appear elsewhere in Africa, as well. .375 H&H is one of the calibers.

Scott450Convert Rands to dollars and you are paying $92 for 20 rounds of .375H&H! Standard PMP costs about $45/20, knowing the cost of A-frames alone i personally think they are taking a chance charging that much. Not many guys i know are going to go out and pay that much for 20 rounds

jro45I loaded my own when I went to Africa. Never had any problems with reloaded ammo.

That's not extremely out of line with Remington's .375 A Frame load. MidwayUSA gets $79.99 a box, plus about $11.50 for shipping. If you find yourself in Africa sans ammo, the price isn't out of line, if it saves your trip.
I reload, so I don't care, but some out there use factory, the majority, I would imagine, so it may be of interest to them.
