Seen a lot of hype on this, and it looks like a glamor photo shoot. There are innumerable reasons why African governments wouldn't allow this kind of thing (like most of them being complicit in the poaching, the whole black/white thing and the continent's love/hate relationship with, effectively, mercenaries) and how does the US State Department feel about it? Make no mistake, the military approach is the right one, but a whole lot more subtly, like in training only.
