I printed the ones from the website in landscape and also picked the Acrobat option to fill the page. I had the largest forms and it gave everyone a lot of enjoyment laughing at me.

I would print them actual size and cut the page to fit.

I went to the office by the airport (DFW -- I think the address was way out on Royal Lane but it looks liek they have moved since then) and they were very helpful.

They have the form pre-printed at the Customs office. I always just fill out the form at the Customs office. I don't know the exact size, but something like 4"X6" or there abouts.

I've been to the Esters Custom's Office and have used the printed PDF forms. Just fold them in half and trim to size.

I just measured the pad I have and it is 5.5" wide by 4.25" tall.
If you get it all done put it on the site where we can all make copies or something.

Ditto.

Also, some of the "preprinted" 4457 forms at our local U.S. Customs office looked like that they had been photocopied multiple times ("a copy of a copy of a copy" sort of thing). The lines/text on the forms were not even straight with the edges of the paper.

Thanks for all the help
I think I have it worked out
If you want a copy of my printable 4457 and data format to print send me a pm with your E-mail address
This worked for me with my computer and printer. Rotate the form prior to printing. The data will superimposed in the form at least it did for me.

I asked this question on another thread, but am going to ask it here, too. Can you get a form 4457 at a port of entry office, or do you have to get them at a field office?

I have only ever got them at ports of entry offices.

That is, until Bob F. was kind enough to give us a direct link to the form in his post above.

That would now be the easiest way to get it.

But then, of course, you will still have to fill out the form and take it (along with all of the items listed on it) to the customs office to get it signed and stamped.

If I were you, I would call the nearest customs office in my area and find out where you can get this done.
