During the DSC convention is there any special transportation from DFW airport to the hotels downtown and are there shuttle busses from the hotels to the convention center?

Good morning Jim,
If you have booked your hotel reservations using the DSC link, those hotels have shuttle service.
DFW airport has shuttle service, many of the hotels also offer the service, you just need to call the hotel and obtain the shuttle drivers phone number or have the hotel contact the driver so the shuttle driver know where you are located at to be picked up.

MARK H. YOUNGI might suggest calling an UBER as soon as you've secured your luggage. After I've made a long flight I'm not going to want to hang around on the sidewalk waiting for a shuttle.

McKayMight try calling your Hotel. The 5-6 times I have done DSC they have sent a town car to pick up and drop off for about $50 each way. Was super easy. This was both at the Loft and The Joule.

Jim, you have not indicated what hotel you were booked for.
Earlier post listed the hotels that there is shuttle service from.
other hotels provide there shuttle service and it is by stopping at the front desk and asking. Then for return to the hotel you will need to call the hotel desk and they will send the shuttle to pick you up. In the past this has not cost us anything.

I stayed there in 2020.
Great place, for the shuttle in the morning, it is located in the south east corner.
they have a great restaurant and bar.

Just returned do DFW on trip and upon existing the baggage claim a guy approached me asking if I needed an uber ride.
These guys are NOT affiliated with Uber.
Same thing happen to me in the Chicago airport,
We were warned about them.
Only reach out to Uber or Lift via their ap.
