Wendell ReichSuper official Poll: Who went to the show and got sick/didn’t get sick
GunsCore beat me to the punch with his post, so here is an informal hand count. I’m curious as to the effect. Even during a normal convention people get flu and colds at a higher rate. Who got Covid? If you went to DSC, SCI OR SHOT ShowI’m good!No symptoms, but tested positiveI got sick w CovidI got sick. Didn’t bother to testI had Covid already and did NOT get sickI had Covid already and DID get sick

TWLThree days at SCI, one day at the Westgate gun show. Came away unscathed. Was very, very sick with Covid November/December. No issues at present.

HughiamI had Covid back in September(must have been Delta?). I arrived in LV on Tuesday, went to the show Wednesday and Thursday, walked around all over on Friday, flew back to Anchorage on Saturday. No symptoms, no precautions. In fact very few people wore masks either at the show or in the hotels/casinos. I was asked twice to pull up my mask in the Luxor but that was it.

GrenadierAs I understand it, Covid was rampant among the animals and was so bad that not one of them left the show alive!

John RichardsonI did DSC, SCI, and the SHOT Show. We got back on Sunday, Jan 23rd. I think by Thursday I had started with a cold. First a dry cough and then a runny nose. No fever, no body aches, no headache. It is not even what we've called the SHOT Show Crud for years.

Ske1eterWent to DSC with a buddy and his wife. She previously had the Kung Flu but my buddy and I haven't. Got a runny nose and throat mucus two days later that lasted for about two weeks. Who knows what that was. #FJB
