tradewinds"Authentic" Hunting Camp in RSA?
A friend asked me if I know of any "Authentic" Hunting camps in RSA? It does not have to be tents but maybe a camp on a river that you can hear hippos at night and maybe have a chance to see any of the big 5 while hunting? Maybe you guys can post some links to websites. email, etc. and I will pass them along.
He may go for Namibia also.
Thanks,
Mike

Safari-HuntMy base camp in the limpopo province between the Mogolakwena and the Limpopo river. You will see crocs, hippos and hopefully see elephant definetely their tracks and so on. Sometimes there is even lions and there is some resident leopard and cheetah.

Russ GouldTented camp overlooking waterhole in (dry) riverbed in Zululand, and yes you can hear lions roaring and leopards sawing, spotted hyena whoooo-ugh as well at night. Not too primitive though...flush toilet, hot shower, and outdoor kitchen with LPG appliances. Great ambience, we cater or you cater (at a substantially reduced daily rate)
Big Five Hq > UmkanyakudeThis is a top spot for nyala, we have been taking and seeing 30" bulls the last couple of years.
