The author is Pierre vander Walt and is some 460 pages of great info, beautiful color photos.
It covers bolt guns, doubles, calibers, recoil, various types of sights, handloading and on and on.
It is a wealth of info all in one beautiful book.
I had been trying to locate a copy of this since I read about it a number of months ago.
I think you will enjoy it as much as Boddington's Safari Rifles, Taylors, African Rifles and Cartridges, Wood's Rifles for Africa and Wieland's Dangerous Game Rifles.
It is a big book 8.5" x 11" so eat your Breakfast of Champions so you can carry it to the couch.
This book was highly sought after earlier this year and I even called Canada trying to buy one.
They are priced at $100 and shipping.
