450/400 legal for DG in Namibia?

Curious as to whether or not Hornady’s 450/400 DGS would be legal for buffalo or elephant in Namibia. It doesn’t appear to meet the joules requirement on the NAPHA website.

It’s legal…. No one is measuring joules in a round (realistically) ) I see the 5400 joule minimum… the .375 is the benchmark
I’m taking my .450/400 and have Hornady for both in July
I never blinked an eye thinking about it
