AndersPlease check the reloading forum..
Sorry to post here, but I needed some quick input on a post at the reloading forum.. It`s about compressed loads. I`m a bit worried about a load, and supposed to be at the shooting lane tomorrow..

Won`t happen again..

catsthe absolute worst place to get any load is off a message board! Especially a C load!!
Do a search for the powder company you are using,ie. hogden they all list SAFE loads for most calibers. You won't be sorry you did!

AndersThe load should definetly be safe. Just wondered if the compression makes it unsafe..

Thanks for the input! I know what you mean...

catsI reload alot, occasionally I use a C load. In my Win Mdl 43 218Bee a compressed load is my most accurate. I have never found a listed C load (within reason) to show excessive pressure signs.
What I normally try to do is fine a powder that fills the case but is not compressed to the base of a seated bullet rather than using C loads, but that's me.
