I understand that som of scopes from 50 and upwards arent that good in daylight conditions -Im probably wrong.

FWIW,when compairing my Zeiss 1.5-6x42VM to my Zeiss 2.5-10x50VM Varipoint, the big one wins without a doubt in both daylight and twilight conditions. Rain or shine. At least with my eyes.

I don't think you will go wrong with any of the choices you mentioned, although I'd prefer to have both guns scoped with their own dedicated scope. What will you do when your kids want to shoot the 6.5x55 at the same time as you're using the 9.3? But then if that isn't a realistic problem, switching the one scope can as you said be a way to save some bucks.

I have a 1.75-6x on my 9.3x62 and couldn't see using anything else. 6x is plenty for a .375, 9.3x62 etc.

Boha dear friend! The gun is a beaut but not shootable if youre as blind as I am -wish I your baby blues!

Anyone have any more thoughts on the scoping = 1 scope for two guns?

Cheers
