SaeedOne Should Never Go Where He Is Not Supposed To! The Consequences Are Deadly!
Snoopi is one of our older cheetahs. She had a bit of a problem in her spine, and was not able to move very much. The vert had a look at her, and thought this was due to old age. But, luckily, she recovered enough to be able to move around without too much hassle. We put her closer to the house, in one of the enclosures that open into our house, so we can keep a closer eye on her.
WE also have peacocks, and they had some chicks.
One of the chicks decided to go inside Snoopi's area, and Snoopi decided to have him for breakfast.
I took the following photos and video, which I thought you might enjoy.
The video is at the bottom of this post. It is a large file in HD, so please right click and save it to your computer.
All photos and video were taken by a Canon SX230HS pocket camera.

SaeedThese chicks are not with their parents any more. They are big enough to fend for themselves.
They have been roaming around the garden by themselves for a few weeks now.

Bill73LOL,
thanks for sharing with us,I can attest to the fact that peacocks are a tasty dish

Snoopi could teach Colonel Sanders a few new cuts of chicken to add to a new 20-piece bucket, the "Cheetah Family Special."
Feet for one new menu item in the bucket.
Expand the KFC choices of preparation too:
Original Recipe,
Extra Crispy,
Kentucky Grilled,
or
Raw.
Cool to see how fast she could but away a "leg o' peacock" and just about everything else except the feathers.
What was the noise that brought her to attention before she got to the giblets? Yummie.

Good on her! That old cat probably got tremendous joy out of "going native" one more time and doing what nature intended.
