Charles_HelmI just got caught up. She has gotten quite good with the open-sighted rifles and made great progress with the handguns.
The .500 Jeffery makes a good video to show those what are nervous about stepping up to the larger rounds. Looks like the recoil caught her a little by surprise at first but she handled it fine after that.

TWallI have shown these videos to some female co-workers who are concerned about recoil and larger calibers in handguns for self-defense. Not all of them are convinced that recoil is not a big deal.

Ha ha, yes that first round caught her by a bit of a surprise, but she then adjusted here stands and grip on the rifle and it felt good she said.

It can be intimidating whit that “big boom” and recoil, but if they get the right grip on the gun they will find it manageable.

fulvioShouldn't this thread, which really has nothing to do with Big Game Hunting, be moved to the Shooting forum instead? ....
