Which Counties if any is the 9.3 X 74R legal for Cape Buffalo or any DG in Africa?

PM Bill Stewart (Will) on how the 9.3x74R works on DG (elephant), I believe he hunted with one several years ago. My recollection is that he was not impressed.

I replied on your "Medium Bore" thread, but am fairly sure that they, the 9.3 calibers, meet the requirements for DG in Zimbabwe.

I, too, cannot answer your question but have been told privately that if your PH allows it then it's OK.....Many African countries allow the 9.3 X 62 as a "grandfathered" cartridge.....but your question is different than that.
