You can't go wrong with her handling travel arrangements.
Especially when you run into booking/scheduling/airline conflicts, etc all the typical Murphys Law kind of crap we unfortunately get hit with occasionally.
Kathi is there when you need her.
You'll pull your hair out trying to get Orbitz or your Internet travel agent to make things right in a jam!
