Tomorrow I leave for Zimbabwe!

Leaving on the redeye out of LAX tomorrow night arriving in Bulawayo Tuesday afternoon to hunt with Martin Petiers (maybe) in the Omay South.

I'll be wearing an Accurate Reloading ballcap so if you see me at LAX, JFK, Jo'burg or Bulawayo's airports come up and say "Hi".

It's my second trip to Africa but my first to Zim and my first DG hunt. I've got the gun and ammo packed and there's no way I'll sleep tonight!

I think that I get in about 10 AM there at OR Tambo but I only have about 2 hours before my fight to Bulawayo (I'm glad that my luggage is checked directly through.) I'll see if my phone works though and try to call you.

OK folks, talk to you all in a couple of weeks. I just picked up the rental car to drive to LAX and the lady behind the Avis counter gave me a free upgrade to a Lincoln Towncar. She said if I was going all the way to Africa I should arrive at the airport in style.

It's a great way to start the trip!
