If I remember right there are showers not far from the BA check in counter. Could be LGW but seems like i showered there. Take the Paddington Express into town. You can ride the tube but much slower. Get to Trafalgar Sq. Get small map and there are about 15 things to see within walking range. Feel free to pm or email for Phone#. Be glad to help.
