Disappearing posts?

Has anyone ever had a post simply disappear from this or any other forum here at AR?

Have you tried going to your personal zone and looking at the posts you have made?

Steve,

Not if you actually posts it, unless it is moved, or in very rare occasions, is deleted for being totally out of place in that forum.

Yup. Also searched by keyword and went back through the forum from which it disappeared.

Near as I can tell, it just went away - and I don't know how it could have been out of place in the miscellaneous forum.

I had the same problem with a hunt report I posted a couple of years ago with SSG Safaris - Nixon D'zingai. Tried seaching for it every which way, but couldn't find it. Luckily, I saved it to "my favorites" and it still comes up.

Happened a couple of times.

The last I know of is a whole thread mentioning Special Forces sent to Uganda to go after Kony last year, that I can't find again no matter how I search.

If you posted that on the African Hunting Forum it was probably deleted.

If the post has absolute no relevance to African hunting, there is no reason to keep it here.
