buckeyeshooterI'm not scared of bugs.... but scared to death of heights! No way you get me to sleep 20 feet in the air!

CanuckCool. I like it! I use a Hennessey Hammock camping or hunting sometimes.

boarkillerHad a friend who when drunk would crawl in nearest oak and fell asleep upon branches
We would party in woods as not to get in trouble of course
We would always laugh, he never fell, but again somehow he would end up in bunch of branches where he couldn't fall down
Nothing like a big bushy oak ...

Lhook7I'm afraid the Wyoming wind would create a catapult effect and I would wind up in the next county.
The only problem I can see is the middle of the night bathroom break.

larryshoresHas anyone seen the commercial where it looks like something like this hanging off the side of a mountain? That is definitely not for me.

lavacaThanks, but I'm more afraid of heights than I am anything on the ground.

I think a Swiss company is offering a hammock off the side of a mountain for rent for those who like that sort of thing.

shootawayClimbing is a horror filled sport. They all end up perishing somewhere down the line- mostly from avalanches, ice falls etc... not to mention the frosbite amputated feet and hands...I actually have a customer who was caught in an avalanche and he described the horror of it with his broken legs ending up in awkward places.
