SaeedMy suggestion is try a hollow point copper bullet.
Like from Barnes, GS Custom, North Fork etc.

bobgrowI switched to Barnes and now back again to AFrames...the copper bullets had a tendency to tumble.

Slight correction, North Fork bullets would not be in this list.....unless their Cup Point Solid would be seen as a hollow point.

Use Enough Gunpeashooter: Are they not now referred to as the Trophy Bonded Tip bullet instead of the Bear Claw? I know that in the other calibers they underwent a change and that is what they are now referred to.

peashooterUEG. thanks I will hat out. The Bear claws have been on backorder from Cabela's for over two months.

crbutlerI have used both.
They both work about as well.
While I prefer the Barnes TSX, if it doesn't shoot in your rifle, either one is just fine, actually.

Dutch44I have used both in a .375 on buff and they both worked very well. Great expansion while holding their weight.

ledvmMy .375 shoots both Barnes TSX and banded solids to the same POA with the same charge of R-15 and groups both less than an inch at 100. Have shot buffalo and many PG species with it and never wanted anything else.

These are far better than anything I have ever used on DG. Both accuracy and down range results.

chuck375Typical AR lol. The OP asks opinion of A-Frames vs Bear Claws and he gets a list of other options ...

ledvmThat's what makes AR such a good place to learn and why I like it so much.

armorerBoth Barnes TSX and Swift A Frame have been excellent. If you shoot well have total confidence the bullets will complement your effort.

I have purchased loaded 375 H&H ammo seated with TBBCs and pulled the bullets for reloading - a bit expensive, but you don't need very many.
For me, the TBBCs are superior, but not much.

bwanamrmSwift A Frames are fine bullets and have worked very well for me on a number of buffalo... can't think of a better choice personally.
