Two excellent articles; the first by "Evan" Carter. A must read for a number of PHs, especially the younger mob. The second by Ron Thomson, something for all the African lion "experts." Ron Thomson's monthly article on conservation is a must read.

7kongoniI have a couple of issues I picked up in 2010 on my way to Botswana. It's a very good publication tho a bit expensive in the USA at $155.per year.

I agree, it's a little pricey. But alot cheaper than flying to J-Berg every month.

Usually some very good articles inside.

There was a clip taken at a recent SCI
indaba of a fellah talking to a Mr. "Booze Shaarltin" where a Mr. "Evan" Carter, a 'phant hunter was mentioned.

tysuethe names are not pronounced alike Ivan is not Eye-van, it's eh-vaughn or Yvonne in sound. Evan is pronounche Eh=van, or Ev-an.
