Hardy Beast
This hartebeest must have suffered massive infection and appalling discomfort. The bull although a good trophy was undersized and thin.

The snare had exposed the bone and severed the tendon. The hoof had set like this.

Had to kill a widebeest calf that had its leg broken by a snare.
Makes me sick!

This past April in Zimbabwe..

I was able to dispatch a giraffe for the company that had a snare on it leg and it was about 50% of what it should have weighed...

We were able to put out of it misery a Zebra in a fresh snare hobbling around.

Plus to top that off we Found a Wildebeest, zebra and Cape buffalo that had died from a snare. these animals were big enough to break the snare lose and continue on...
