Hey Oz,
I thought so coming from you. Wink

Blacktailer: Keep your signature line unchanged. That is a superb Dagga boy!

Mark: The mass on those horns make it difficult to estimate the spread on a live animal. That was why at first glance, the hunters were not too excited about him. That is, until the bull turned and faced them Eeker

Shame on that buff - I bet he was a disgrace to his family Wink.

Mitch did folks that run the area knew about him being around or did he just pop up out of nowhere?

Bwanamich,

That is truly an amazing bull!

I guess this was Maswa since this was a TGTS hunt with McNeil. Is this the largest Buff taken in recent years from Maswa? I realize it is huge, but nothing in the TGTS photo galleries (or any other outfitter sites) even begins to approach it in spread or mass. Not owning a copy of Roland Ward or SCI record books, I was wondering where the larger bulls were taken and what years.

Very impressive. Congrats to the PHs, trackers and clients for taking such beautiful animals.

Nobody has any record books or is it politically incorrect to be a "trophy hunter" on AR?

Incredible Bull Buffalo, Bwanamich.

Is Maswa (or anyplace) able to produce more than one like this a every five or six years?
Certainly, there have been no others of this caliber on TGTS site (or any other) outfitter sites.

50" with incredible mass

TGTS took a 48" last year in Maswa. Every season several 43" - 46" are taken from Maswa (TGTS, RHS and TBGS areas). A 56" taken in Moyowosi in 2007 with TGTS.
