Anyone here hunted the Deka tail safari area just outside the Hwange park boundary for Elephant. Feedback would be appreciated.

I hunted deka in July 2012. Elephant was not the goal but I did walk up on some herds looking for a good bull. None were found. My buddy was charged while looking for a tusk less. PH John Greeff shot it at 3 yards. The elephant were just starting to arrive in his area when we were leaving. A month later he had a couple hundred coming into a spring in his area. As I said we were not seriously hunting elephant but we had a good plains game hunt
