2011 Rates for Dip, Pack, Ship, etc

What are the latest ball park figures to dip, pack, crate, and ship skins back to the US from RSA? Tanning done in the US. All in, delivered to your house - say Dallas TX.

My friends got some quotes it it seemed HIGH. And I'm going as well this summer and am concerned now about high costs and/or opportunistic pricing.

How big of a crate? How many hides and horns? How far is it from the airport to the house? Are they clearing the trophies themselves or using a broker to clear them?

What price are they quoting?
