You can use it in Zimbabwe with handloads, but nobody cares or checks your ammo...You can use it in Tanzania, again nobody cares...You can use it in RSA except in two provinces...I have a lot of clients that use varias 9.3's in all these countries...The white African is a very practical sort and only enforces the intelligent laws, the black African doesn't much care if the tip is decent. While I always recommend one sticks to the regulations and laws, this is the only exception I make..It is such a common and recognized problem..
