Interesting. Have to say though when it comes to paintings with a historical connection, there is the work John Seerey-Lester does and then there is everyone else in my view.

Those are some nice renditions of iconic photos and folks, but it made me go to the bookshelf and take down John Seery-Lester's Legends of the Hunt. Classic.

I have some of his paintings he is amazing and like you said hell of a nice chap!
