I cannot see the point in donating a cent to any organisation I hadn't done due diligence with, to see where the money goes.
But...
There are good and bad. HSUS and IFAW are bad. Chengeta Wildlife and IAPF are good. Not necessarily in terms of their rhetoric, but in terms of what they are accomplishing on the ground.

Opus1Wildlife fundraising is a feel good industry that nets millions with very few dollars ever finding their way into the field. It is mind blowing (and very disappointing) the percentage of the funds that go to operations, salaries, expenses, vehicles, fuel and not to the boots on the ground who are actually protecting wildlife.
